A couple of weeks ago I had my yearly visit with IRIS to have my eye exam, and a little bit before that I had gone in to visit to try the new Topology service where you can custom order your frames and lenses, you can totally make them custom just for you.
With all of this, I decided to order and customize my pair of Topology prescription glasses. They came in anddddd eeeeekkk. They’re amazing! I love them!
They are completely measured to fit my face, behind my ears and even measured for my eyes. They have my prescription in the lens. I picked my own color, frame choice and I even personalized it a little more by adding my name etched into the inside of the arm of the frame. How cool is that!

My yearly eye exam went great, as always. I go every year just like the kids and keep an up to date eye health exam just in case because you really never know. I find the older I get the more things that are just suddenly popping up so better safe. With that appointment I did learn that my prescription did go up just a cinch. But other than that, everything was just fine with my eyes.
I love that I can always trust the quality and care at IRIS for both myself and the kids. I think it’s super important for everyone to keep an ‘eye’ on their own eye health. To take the time and take care of yourself. Making time for yourself is the best kind of self care when you can make appointments like this.
Every-time I order a selection of frames and lenses from IRIS, it’s like Christmas morning picking them up. I always love them and I always love the way they feel on my face. Before leaving with them, I also really appreciate how the staff makes sure that they fit on my face just how they should be and take the time to really help me and my vision!
