This morning, I woke up with this feeling of inspiration. It was awesome after the Holiday break and worried of coming back into work not having any motivation. The only problem was that I woke up with a million ideas and really not sure how to handle them all. I wanted to dig deep first with all of these ideas knowing that it was too much!
In my head I wiped it all clean and decided to work on something a little different. A vision board! And yes I made Ella be apart of it with me. We grabbed a roll of paper, all of our crafting tools, glue, scissors and rushed to the thrift store and grabbed some really old magazines.
Growing up this was something that I did ALL THE TIME> as years went by I slowly stopped and we gradually became introduce to Pinterest. But for me I really wanted to be more hands on creative and I had a great afternoon with my tea and vision board.
Doesn’t take much and it doesn’t cost a lot. It’s just something fun to do that cancels out all the background noise in your head or even helps you to find a mood and inspiration that you need to start your day! Plus it’s just fun!
Ella painted and drew, colouring numbers and letters. She would place up at my work and compliment me and then I would do the same to her! It was really sweet!
