I’m a candle addict! I loveee candles and I love the glass jars that some of these candles come in. So overtime I’ve been using my candles down to the bitter end and I’ve been sitting them aside for a rainy day project. I finally marked something off my to-do list the other weekend and put them all together and did something with them!

This is the first Holiday post of the year!!

Hard to believe Christmas is so near, I’m still trying to get over leaving Summer behind. Either way it’s coming, and I better be prepared in some way, shape or form. So starting with a little celebratory drink. Something easy, something that chances are you’ll have the ingredients already in your pantry ready to whip out for any occasion. Recently, we were able to attend the Patron Mixologists Event. Where all 4 of Canadas top mixers came together to win our votes on best mixed drink with Patron! It was a fabulous night and with that we even had the chance to bring home a little for ourselves!

Modern FarmHouse Coffee Bar

But First Coffee… does that saying ever get old??

Not for me, this is my everyday. I love coffee and I especially love my Nespresso Vertuo. It is like drinking a tiny cup of heaven every single day and I would NEVER go back to anything else. Its the quality of coffee and the taste of each cup that makes it so much more special! The drink ideas of each are truly endless and it makes it so unique. And so much fun!

Because of this beautiful machine I have decided to put together my own little coffee bar. A place where this baby will reside with love! I put together some pieces that are in my future or already home with me. I can’t wait to share the after! It’s the best feeling having our own little coffee bar in our home, never worrying about leaving or going out!

These pieces are from a few different shops that are currently also my favourite. Links are all added below! Have fun brewing up some love, decor & coffee in your home!

TELUS is giving kids across Canada a brighter future with the Friendly Future Foundation

The more I learn about TELUS and the more I spend time celebrating this company I realize more and more just how outstanding they are. Not only as a service provider for our families but also helping our families, youth in need and different charities across Canada. It’s not every day that we can be amazed at companies that put back into the communities where they operate as much as TELUS does. For that I’m so proud to stand behind them!

THINK PINK | My Favourite Pink Chairs

Gahhh, have you ever had an obsession with something so bad that it’s literally the only thing you can think of! Like, I want it nowwww haha. So that’s me right now with Pink Chairs. I’m obsessed with them and can’t wait to have ours here now. Something about the pastel colours and fun feel of them that make them not your ordinary choice to go with. But it brings so much fun to your home and just not boring. It’s a colour that makes me happy and makes me feel good.

Pink wasn’t always my first choice, before I would always be pulled to dark colours and earthy tones. Lately, I’ve been having that urge to bring in more colour, and change it up a bit. I’m sharing today five favourite Pink Chairs that I pulled from website and companies that you can purchase from and all ship to Canada. Theres a special chair on this list though that will be making their way to our home very soon and I can’t wait to share with you which one it will be!

If your really wanting to add some detail Minted carries a wide range of home decor as well. Adding some throw cushions or prints to your cozy little area would complete these chairs! I love the below pieces, the colours and art work.

Now be honest would you ever consider bringing a Pink Chair into your home?? Only me?? Thankfully my husband basically agrees with almost any home decisions I make so I’ve got it easy there. It may not be you that needs the persuading it might honestly be a husband or boyfriend that needs it more! hahaha

Take a peek at these fun ones. Almost every one could serve purpose in every room from living room, bedrooms to even an office chair!

Free Your Play & Get Your Family Outside with Kamik

What does Free Your Play mean to you?

While I started to search for my answer, I remembered back to my childhood days. Waking up first thing in the morning, grabbing my younger sister and heading outside. Growing up on the East Coast it didn’t matter what time of the year it was you just dressed accordingly and you went outside to explore.

10 Favourite Photo Walls | Chilliwack To Abbotsford

I seriously loveee taking photos. One of the best memorable things ever when working with photographers! On top of that I always love mixing things up for our photos and being creative. Finding the beauty in things you wouldn’t normally! Walls around our area have a lot of creative and artistic beauty to them. Like I said, I love to find the beauty in things you wouldn’t normally. Sometimes just adding a pop of colour or print can make a whirl of difference when it comes to your photos, whether it be just a family session or for the gram. Either way its a really fun way to make your photo pop and give it a little life!

I have been putting together a collection of photos with walls in the Chilliwack & Abbotsford area that I love to visit and drive by just to see. I mean this isn’t every wall in the area there are tons more to visit to! These ones are ones that I frequently like to visit and get asked about a lot. So these are directions on where each wall is located. And hoping you visit them as well, take your photos and be sure to share them with me. I would love to see them!

Trust me theres no trespassing with any of these, but I will warn you if not there at the right time of day it can get pretty busy. So I would probably say visit first thing in the morning or later in the evening before sun goes down! Learn from my mistake!! hahaha Bonus while your in the area of any of these walls, there are lots of coffee shops and donuts to pick up along the way to make it even more fun!

The scavenger hunt of photo walls… have fun!
