Home Stretch!
By Sunday afternoon we were driving back to Calgary to explore a little bit and get ready for our flight back home Monday morning with Flair Air. It was a nice snowy drive, with some gorgeous weather. We got so lucky with the nice weather!
We headed into Calgary and straight to the view point at Scotsmans Hill. Crazy cool lookout, a nice little park area to, stretch those legs! Take it all in!
And once the kids heard that the Radisson Calgary Hotel had a pool well it was full steam ahead to our hotel, haha. Which was fine by us because we could used the relaxation time just a little. The kids totally fell in love with the pool and hot tub and not to mention the waterslide….say whaaaaa!
Such a clean hotel and spacious rooms. Heated bathroom floors, big nice cozy beds. We also loved the fact that it was only an 8 minute drive to the airport the next morning and that it was in such a good location for restaurants and in room dining as well. Very close to a lot of things!
We also loved how friendly the staff were to us and accommodating to our travels with two little ones!
The end of this trip was just what we needed to finish this family trip off right! We had a really fun visit with Drews cousin Brit. Went out for dinner and said our goodbyes!
