Growing up by the ocean holds a huge part of my childhood memories. So naturally we love being near the ocean always. Thats a big thing that makes us the most home sick, missing being near the beach. It’s another big reason to why we love visitng Tofino. The endless beaches to explore. Everything that reminds us of Nova Scotia. The relaxed atmosphere and chill vibes. The fresh ocean air and sounds of waves.
We really took time this trip to explore every little beach we could from Tofino to Ucluelet. We made a big day of it. And the kids had so much fun exploring and seeing new things. Collecting shells and trying to drag home driftwood for me!

All you have to do is google any one of these beaches to find their location and reviews. But these ones are the ones we love visiting. I’m sure there are a ton more… hahaha This is what we managed to visit in two days. And the ones we visit most when we visit Tofino. Easy to get to with kids and located in fairly easy locations to find. All have something special about each of them. Something new to see and something new to explore.
Can’t beat the beautiful views all around! And it fuels our hearts for the time being. Until next time Tofino…
